We pack every order carefully. To keep things fair for everyone, returns and exchanges follow clear rules.
A return is only possible if the package is still sealed / unopened and the case has not been used at all. Once opened or used — even for a few days — we cannot accept a return. This protects the shop from misuse.
You may request an exchange (for example a different model) if the case is unused, clean, and in original resale condition. Contact us soon after delivery — we will guide you step by step.
For Cash on Delivery orders, any refund is processed only after we receive and check the returned item.
