This page explains what information kasely collects when you shop with us, and how we use it. We keep this simple — we only collect what we need to get your order to your door.
When you place an order or create an account: your full name, phone number, delivery address, city, and email. If you check out as a guest, we still store this information with your order so we (and you) can find it later. We never ask for your card details — payment is cash on delivery.
We use your details only to process and deliver your order, contact you (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) about its status, and to let you look up or cancel your order later. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Your data is stored in a secured database and kept only as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet basic accounting/legal requirements.
Your shopping cart is saved locally in your browser (not on our server) so it survives a page refresh. Signing in uses a secure session cookie.
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us below. If you have an account, you can also review your order history on the Account page.
